We have had several plroblems with this house but the main one is the flooring. The day we signed on the house, the cleaners dumped water all over the hardwood floors. about a week we started noticing damage Four different ipeople came out to look at the floor. The communication during this time was terrible. After persistence from my husband , we got an answer almost 4 months later that they are going to replace the entire flooring.
