So today I did it! I have hurt for 4 months from Plantar Fasciitis. I did the stretches, using orthotics in my shoes, rolled on a frozen water bottle, used gel heels in shoes that my orthotics didn’t fit in...even used lavender and peppermint oils �. I went to the podiatrist this morning and he agreed that I had tried everything but have a very sprained/inflamed tendon�. He gave me a cortisone shot in my foot....ouch... but thinks that will help� Now, have to be a good girl and ride my bike instead of walking for a few weeks... read more
Dr. Vella has a great sense of humor. listens to what you have to say. plus, when you call to make an appointment the receptionists works on building a relationship with you.
We love the office staff and Dr Vella was Fantastic. Dr Vella was very personable and made a Dr visit enjoyable. We were in out quickly. would highly recommend tis office.
