great doctor gets the job done when others do not want to do it
they are kind and quick to address your problem. Dr. Newswander is very knowledgeable and a very skilled surgeon! I recommend them to everyone I know with feet or ankle issues.
Can’t say anything for the doctors in the office because they wouldn’t see me. They argued with me about my insurance and refused to see me without a referral even though my insurance does not require it. They refused to even call my insurance to verify that a referral wasn’t needed. The billing office also didn’t seem to know much about insurance. If this is how the staff works I’m not going to waste my time.
Dr. Newswander is such a great & caring Dr! He has helped me through many foot/ankle problems. I would highly recommend him for any foot or ankle problems you have!!!
I went in for plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I’d had it in my right foot 3 years ago, and Impressions’ cortisone shots and laser therapy completely healed all the pain! I got a cortisone shot again today. They moved their laser therapy machine all the way out to their San Tan Valley office. I’m willing to drive out there for six treatments over the next two weeks, since it worked so well before! My foot already feels a lot better!!
Dr. Jeppesen takes the time to listen and figures out what works best for each of his patients. I have every confidence that I will receive the best care from Dr. Jeppesen.
