If you’re only going in for a basic wash and style, you’ll probably be happy with the results. The finished look is usually nice. However, if you’re considering any chemical service such as a perm or texturizer, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. As part of the process, she applies grease to the scalp to help protect it from the chemicals, which is standard practice. The issue is that she doesn’t properly wash the grease out afterward.
