I took my 2001 Volkswagen Passat to Import Specialists for a coolant leak. My car had been repaired at 2 other import shops in the area and neither one of them fixed the problem. Bob took the time to diagnose and fix the problem accurately. He price was fair and reasonable and a fraction of the cost of these other shops. I would highly recommend taking your car to Import Specialists and will never go to another shop again!!!
I brought in my M3 for some scheduled maintenance and they did the work by appointment and it was less than half of what i was quoted from Pete's. I would definitely recommend them and I will be back with my BMW.
