Andy , is a gentleman and does everything he can to make sure you're happy. I highly recommend import Revolution, they're a wonderful to deal with.
Dealt with Dustin to get bummer to repair a Japanese imported Estima. He managed to get one in only a few days when others said it would take months because it would have to come directly from Japan - blah blah. Dustin was great- terrific communication and went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. This place is a godsend for anyone with a vehicle imported directly from Japan. I can’t recommend them enough!
After having what seemed like almost everything go wrong that possible could while importing our new car, thanks to some ill-timed shipping and government mishaps that were completely outside of the control of Import Revolution, Iron chef (who were also great) and ourselves. Best mechanics ever!! I have a 1994 Super custom and every mechanic i tried wouldn’t even try to have a look at my issue! I was told to give up and take it to the scrap yard. But Andy & his team were more than willing to help me fix the issue. They kept trying when my van was being very annoying, and had the best customer service ever.
