This place is a joke. I've had my car break down on 6 different occasions after they replaced my engine one of which I was lied to about a clip on a hose that only cost me $5. They tried to tell me they couldn't just order a clip they had to order a whole hose with the clip that was gonna cost me $255. And after the 6th break down with video evidence to support my claim they refused to tow it back to their shop and fix my car. This is by far the most unprofessional auto shop I've ever had to deal with.

Only shop that I will take my 2002 BMW 325i to. Have always left a satisfied customer.
They are great keep my Subaru Outback running great! I have used them for all of my repairs on my imports including my Lexus! Had my Subaru Outback engine completely redone with new timing belt, water pump, heads redone with all new seals and gaskets. Runs great no problems! Great warranty 12 months or 12,000 miles. Never had a problem warranty or repairs done by them. Honest and fair pricing, all OEM parts with no over pricing on parts!
Frank is awesome!!!! He's fair, fast and so knowledgeable. I have taken my Volkswagen there for years. No matter what you drive, I recommend import auto.
I have taken two of my German cars to ICS for repairs. They have consistently diagnosed and repaired my BMW and VW quickly and accurately for a fair price on more than one occasion. Owning older cars can be a headache, but ICS has even helped me to do some of the simpler repairs myself. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a garage they can trust to work on their VW, BMW, Audi or Mercedes. Adam Nemmers
