Mike and the guys at Import Car Service provide the best service! I’ve always been apprehensive to go to a repair shop because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past with other shops. Here’s the thing, these guys actually LISTEN. And they don’t upsell on things that I didn’t need. And honestly, it was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. If I need any work done on my vehicle, I always go to ICS! This is the kind of place that people get nostalgic about. The team is so skilled and so kind. It’s hard to know if you can trust a mechanic, so let me tell you: you can trust ICS. Thanks for all the oil changes, replacing my brakes, and teaching me about the child lock on the inside of my car door (Dave)!
I don't trust them. I was there to get my mini worked on. I got several different stories and prices from them about the work that needed to be done. The estimated price kept going up because he said he looked at the wrong prices and part. He said we can get the part after lunch.Then I told them never mind, just change the oil, I can get the work done on the wheels later. Mike DeLong and the guys at ICS are awesome. I would recommend them to anyone, especially people who don't know much about cars and don't want to be taken advantage of. They explained everything and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Great experience- definitely coming back! PS- I don't drive an import.Not an issue.

I love these guys! My car is running so well and they were so good to me and took the time to explain what was wrong with it. They fixed my car quickly and found ways to save me some cash. Best experience I've had in Springfield. I won't go anywhere else. <3
