Implicity Management is a great company. They care about their employees and are there for them in a time of need. They have been a great source of strength and encouragement for my family and I as my husband battles cancer. I am proud to be a part of the Implicity yeam!
I've reached out to Implicity Management several times regarding some of their office staff, the delay in repairs, and replacements... It literally took two and a half months, after multiple work orders placed for them to come in and replace my fridge. It took 3 weeks for them to fix a broken and consistently running shower, while our property maintenance guy was in the hospital sick. This group is poorly managed and very unprofessional.
Northwoods is a decent place to live. The only complaint/issue is with my ac. It took almost a month and water leaking all over the floor for someone to come out the first time. Shortly after the ac stopped working again and still none has come to check it. I live in florida IT'S HOT! A relative was nice enough to allow myself and babies to stay with them a few nights (5 to be exact) didn't want to over stay our welcome so it's back to a hot apartment we go! I have reached out to (implicity management ) multiple times ! Not a single one of my calls where returned by them! I did however get a call back from the manager that I called to complain on.. This is extremely inappropriate!

The Highland Hills Apartment Homes. First they try to leave eviction notices on our door saying we didn't pay our rent in full. So we had to go show them every single money order from month 1 of us moving in. Thank God I keep my copies of everything. Then it took them 5 months to come put on a back screen door. Now this month we had a leak from the hot bath tub faucet. Took us calling and going to the office multiple times to get someone over here to fix it. Now not even 2 days later the whole knob broke off inside the wall.... read more
