Where to start... ************ in **************, SA ....AC unit hasnt been replaced in a month, theres a hole in my floor where they took the mini fridge out and attempted to cut out the sink and left it because others are experiencing leaks, my shower k*** is leaking hot water further making it hotter management nor office offered any suggestions so I then had to purchase my own portable AC unit which doesnt cool the one bedroom unit and now we(me and other tenants who are affected by this) are having to flip the breaker o... read more
RecommendedI love working for Implicity Management. I also live on one of their properties, Middletowne Apartments! I love it here 10/10 would recommend! The Owners are very nice and really care about their employees and residents, as well as the property manager. Just all around a fun and safe place to live/work.
Great management staff at your Middletown Apartments in Seguin ! I like how this place makes me feel like a community and not just an apartment complex. I like that Monica Sullivan always has something special set up in her office that brings a touch of "You Are Home" whenever you walk in. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home

I have called MULTIPLE times on behalf of my kids who live at the Santa Gertrudis Apts in Kingsville and guess what?? NO ONE has returned my calls. They were without AC for almost TWO months and displaced to live with relatives. They moved into a 2 bedroom and now there's no electricity! WTH!!! Promises are always made and dates given as to when the AC would be fixed or when the 2 bedroom would be ready and they were nothing but empty promises. This mgmt company is a JOKE. IDK how they're still managing any properties. They'... read more

terrible management company! my ac has been broken for 4 months, more if you count all the times it broke durring the year. still no sign on them fixing it. will not return your calls.
TODAY I had to go to the office of the Garden Lane Apartments, Gretna, Louisiana, to get a copy of my July statement because it was mailed as of this date. There were a NUMBER of problems on the statement. 1) I was charged $50.00 for Cable and Internet which I have thought ATT, 2) My Senior discount, which is $35.99 per month, was ZERO on the statement and I have been getting it for the last six (6) years. HOW DO I GET A CORRECTED STATEMENT BEFORE MONDAY, JULY 1ST., 2019 WHEN MY RENT PAYMENT IS DUE?
Honestly I like my place. It is quiet and Sam our maintenance guy is always helping us making sure everything is good!!!
