I had been a customer of incapsula for many years and loved the support and product, since it was taken over by imperva, the quality of support terribly deteriorated, staff is arrogant and if you are not a big account they kick you around. I have now migrated to Cloudflare which is of similar quality with Staff that really care about their customers
i will study first web development then cyber security....
