Horrible and rude support team. Had to call 3 times to try to renew a product, when I finally got someone was downright condescending. Do not recommend them and will not be getting my business ever again.
I've never heard of this company before until my team informed me multiple IP's owned by Imperva keep attempting to access the backend of my company website, trying to brute-force into my website, time to get my legal counsel involved, these people are snakes.
I very much disappointed from the service only to customer and service nada I will recommend them to change the way they are receive money for a better service
