Mike gave an estimate for the gutters, and mentioned the need for preliminary work. I knew this before Mike said anything but he is the only one that told me that I needed work before gutters. Mike worked with the other contractor to schedule the jobs and true to other ratings, Mike and Linda (I think that's her name) kept me posted and scheduling the job was a pleasure.
