Imperial responded to my call almost immediately, and scheduled a gutter cleaning. The day of the cleaning was quite cold (17 deg F), so Mike Quick told me that he would have to try later in the day. He cleaned the gutters while syill below freezing, but did only a fair job cleaning up the gutter debris from the ground, and did not flush the gutters at all. Did what promised, beautiful job, well done
Good job. Made helpful suggestions. Didn't over sell. Saved me money in the long run. Made a small mistake during installation of a gutter downspout, but followed up promptly, didn't argue and fixed the problem. Overall would highly recommend.
