As the one who made the appointment and paid for most of this surprise spa day, it is extremely sad to say that this salon and spa treated my mother ON her birthday with the upmost disrespect and with an abundant lack of professionalism. For future reference, since this company does not tell you all the information that you will need to know before your appointment and does not apply what they say they do, or respect personal beliefs, you must ask all questions before the appointment. I will not being going to the Beachside location anymore since not all employees were wearing masks nor cleaning off pens that everyone uses. I don't mind paying a Covid-19 fee for additional safety procedures, but than all employees, even ones at the front desk, should also be following the same protocols and wearing masks. I called the Suntree location and they have stricter procedures in place and all their employees, even the cleaners wear masks. I will be going there from now because of their concern for safety. Brittany gave me a Brazilian Blowout last week and I love it! she made the process so fun. she is amazing to talk to which is perfect for sitting in a chair for over an hour. the salon is beautiful. the whole experience was totally worth it 😀
Brittany does amazing work! She’s meticulous, professional, & personable. She gave me the best blowout I’ve ever had, & the color correction she did on me (after I ruined my own hair with an at home bleach job) was phenomenal too! She helped improve the integrity of my hair and educated me on what products I should be using at home in order to maintain the end results. She was very informative and is overall just a sweet individual to interact with. I highly recommend booking with her!
I always love when Maureen H. does my hair. I was there today and once again she fulfilled my expectations and went over and beyond. I also love how relaxed and chill she is. I have never really been married to a hair stylist, but Maureen always makes me super happy. I am never disappointed with the color and the cut.

I recently went and had my hair cut and styled by Brittany C. I absolutely loved what she did and highly recommend her. The Imperial Salon and Spa is gorgeous and offers many services and I will be going back there for sure. Thank You Brittany C., love my new look and you too.
