Ted is fantastic. We’ve used him for quite some time now and he is always here on time and does a fantastic job. Our pool has never been more clean and maintained. He also has identified issues with our system and assisted us with the repairs. Highly recommended.
I've been with Ted for a few years now and I have to say that he's what you would expect in a true professional. Works with integrity and never tries to up sell unnecessary services. If any component has an issue, Ted has a very methodical approach to solving things rather than trying to outright replace a subsystem. When it comes to procuring parts, he offers to do it himself but if he thinks we can get it cheaper e.g. on Amazon, he will say it. In my view, that's very customer centric.
