Have moved here for 2 months. The community is quiet and safe, neighbors are very friendly. Love it!
Moved in with my husband today ! Clean and spacious apartment ! Great location! Convenient to shopping centers , schools and parks ! I definitely recommend this community to others! Beautiful pool ! Inna was great with everything and amazing customer service ! I will tell all my friends about this apartment !
I couldn't be more happier to move to my apartment today at the Imperial Apartment! The location is very nice close to shopping centers , parks , schools , and etc... My apartment is so big , clean and great like promised ! I am thankful for all Inna's help with everything from the start to the finish! She was helpful in so many ways I couldn't ask for more ! She even helped me on the holiday weekend which I know is hard for some to accommodate! Thanks so very much Inna !
Moved in my parents today and couldn’t be more happier to know that they are going to be in this nice quite comfortable community. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and just beautiful ! The location is very convenient and has many stores around. Our rental agent Inna helped me and my parents from the day we walked in to see the model until today. Clean and safe units. The maintenance staff is also very good. Most times they answer a request the same day and sometimes in a day or two. Just remember they care for NUMEROUS buildings.. The management staff is courteous friendly and attentive to tenets needs and issues. Would highly recommend a tour and see for yourself.
