their machines never work and they never fix them when you tell them. worst vending company I have ever seen
At Davis correctional facility the machines never work. had 4 down yesterday. leaving 2 working. this is a weekly accurance. You all could make tons of money if they worked and had food in them

The food is ok for vending machines. Using a card is not recommended. Transactions are slow to process and a dime extra for using a card. Sandwiches put in machine as not to be able to see what you are purchasing. I have emailed service to no avail. Machine still stocked with labels backward. I will be going out for purchases.
Not machines don't work half the time... No customer friendly
This company has went downhill fast at my location. Not only are they constantly increasing prices that are way above convenient store prices, their machines are ALWAYS empty come Saturday morning, Sundays just forget about it and starve. The coffee machines only work half the time and soda machines will rip you for a nickel or dime every time. Sounds petty until you’ve been ripped off 20 times in a week. We don’t have the option to leave for lunch.
I have been dealing with Imperial for approximately 10 years. This is coming from personal experience. Their products are mediocre at best. Their service is not even mediocre it's worse than that. The fact that most of their 5 star reviews come from their own employees should say something. The fact that they complain to Facebook to have reviews they don't like removed should say something as well. This is my second review as Facebook says that my last review did not meet community standards.
it's about a 50/50 chance that you get the product to actually vend and about a 10 out of 10 chance you still get charged for the item you didn't receive. I wonder how much money they've gotten for absolutely free from people like me who usually just ignore the fact it took my 2$. well it's happened way to many times for it to just be an accident.
Okc Operational Manager, he reprimanded employees in front of other employees. This is a form of Bullying, and it's never acceptable. A good boss should never denigrate your skills, or say rude comments. This is not called holding people accountable its Bullying.
