Cashawn was a great help, wonderful dude, this place is blessed to have him at the front desk!!!
Good location and is kept pretty clean (vacuumed several times weekly) despite being older and generally lackluster. As the building is quite old, you can hear everything neighbors above and to either side are doing. Additionally, the floor I lived on reeked of cigarettes for the entire time I lived these, which really cheapened the building in general, but I guess with a building like this you get what you pay for (not that it was cheap, and the amenities are few and far between).
