maintenance was good, the place was clean, and Jeremy who helped us view the place too was extremely helpful and patient. the free parking and solarium are amazing too. the bathroom is a bit outdated but very spacious

Nice location, quiet place to live. It’s conveniently located right off Robert street and close to downtown. Updated appliances, nice floors and the apartment is kept up nicely. However, we had multiple issues upon move in with a broken thermostat, ants that took 3 months to get rid of, broken garbage disposal that leaked everywhere when we attempted to use it, backed up sink twice, and now we have to live with our neighbors smoking pot and the smell coming into our apartment. I love my apartment. Lots of space for the price, a huge balcony, and a great location in West Saint Paul. It's close to Robert Street (but not too close), and only a few minutes from downtown Saint Paul. The other tenants are really friendly and management is great. My only complaints are that the bathroom is pretty outdated and our apartment floor is very poorly sound proofed, which has caused some problems as our neighbor can always hear us walking.
