I’m writing this to warn anyone considering Imperial Family Medical Group: this place is extremely unprofessional and should be avoided. My wife had an appointment there on Friday, May 30, and the way she was treated was completely unacceptable. She went in not feeling well — like anyone going to a medical clinic — expecting to be treated with basic respect. Horrible experience. Stay away. These doctors don’t care at all about their patients.
I went to this doctor because my last doctor wasn't helping me .He gets right to the point and is helping me with how I feel.
My family had a horrible experience here. Extremely rude doctor who kept speaking over my wife and seemed determined to ignore everything she was trying to say. Doctor did not care that my wife had gone through numerous tests at Kaiser and demanded the same expensive tests be redone at their office. They refused to even look at her records from tests she took less than 2 months ago.
