The job was not completed, Frank Betancourt stop taking my calls and texts. Not a reliable company.
Unreliable. Two times they didn’t show up even though we had set an appointment. Poor customer service. I won’t be using this company and I’m highly disappointed and dissatisfied. People plan and coordinate so that we can receive vendors at home… not showing up is an absolute expression of disrespect towards people’s business and time. Frank B, you can do much better.
