I give this dealership 5 stars because the experience was very professional. I spoke with the sales rep Issac and he was very prompt with his responce and even went the extra mile of sending additional pictures of the vehicle because I live over a hour and a half away from the dealership. Cool dude!!! I didn't get the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle on my own behalf but I would look into this dealership again in the future.
Ended up buying the 2007 Cadillac Escalade. Mr. Williams went above and beyond to get me the best deal on financing! He really went to bat for me! Also the truck had afew mechanical issues and he was completly willing to fix these issues as part of the sale. Other than that everything was as advertised. My 1 year old son came with me and we were there for L longer than we had thought, so Mr. Williams generously gave my son his brand new T-ball to play with and even let my son take it home (he still hasn't put it down)!!
