I found Imperial Auto through an inquiry from Car Guru's com. I sent an email that I was interested in a 2010 Ford F-150 Raptor; my email was returned quickly by Mr. Val Williams. After giving him my terms, Mr. Williams went to work, putting together pricing, trade-in and financing that made the purchase happen. Very happy with the deal and the truck...thank you Mr. Williams! I will be recommending to friends.
Mostly people only complain with problems and I only see two here so they must be doing something right. Bought my Honda Accord here and it was a great experience and so far a great car. Sorry to those that didn't feel theirs was up to par. But after years of getting poor treatment from the big new car stores I certainly enjoyed the service of working with a smaller organization that makes you feel more like a customer than just another number.
