The absolutely WORST customer service ever from Mr. Williams. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I’ve never been spoken to by someone more ignorant in my life than this person. No wonder your shady business keeps cars for over a year- no one wants to do business with a mouthy and disrespectful non-negotiable salesman. Junk lot. Junk employees.

Buyers be aware of this dealership they don’t care about people’s safety but money in such tough times. They sold me a car that almost killed me and my family on the free way the car shut down. We had to hustle with because we had no option in such tough times. Very inconsiderate no matter if the car was sold as is don’t just sell someone a junk and unsafe vehicle. They were not even considerate to do a trade in out of customer concern. It was all about the money. Safety first money later don’t go here I warn everyone.

We offered you a warranty at the time of sale, which you turned down. We do our best to make every customers experience great. Again sorry you feel this way, but we did everything we could to help you out.
the warranty the sell with their vehicles is garbage my truck needs a new condenser its covered under warranty but only after I pay over 600 for stuff they won't cover that you have to do for the repair
The worst car dealership on planet earth don’t buy they sold me a car did not disclose more problems on it just it had an accident didn’t even run 3 days now I have to pay over 1700 dollars to fix it. Never ever buy a car from here. Liars and conmen. I warn y’all
After you drive away in the new vehicle they ignore you, avoid your phone calls and basically lie to you about everything. Christian promised to fix a couple problems with my vehicle within the first week and now will not answer the phone, and trying to give me the run around saying they have to wait for the “boss” for three weeks now. Don’t waste your time and if you do, don’t leave with your new vehicle until they fix what they said would be fixed.

My overall buying experience with Imperial Auto of Fredericksburg went very well. Marino did an excellent job addressing any issues/concerns that I had with the 2014 VW Jetta GLI that I purchased from him. It was a pleasure doing business with Marino and I'm very pleased with my car. I reccomend this dealership because of the dedicated staff they have and large selection of vehicles for sale.
Worked through issues overall Mr. Williams made anything work and I got the truck I wanted.
