5 Star : My Experience Carl was fantastic in handling the repair of our BMW X-5 and our claim with Nationwide, from doing the initial estimate, explaining the estimate and ensuring we knew the source of all parts used in the repair, to keeping us updated on the status of the repair and handling the interaction with Enterprise for our rental car. Carl gave us great confidence that our car was was repaired with great professionalism, and we would definitely come back to Imperial should the need arise in the future.
