5 Star : My Experience This was my second repair with IAB, working through Karl at the Bethesda satellite office. On both occasions, Karl was professional, polite, prompt, and kept me apprised of repair status and what needed to be done. When things went a bit sideways with my rental car with Enterprise, Karl stepped up and ensured it was resolved favorably.
