While the phlebotomists at this location are extremely nice, upbeat, and great at what they do, this location has changed their hemoglobin testing to thumb readers instead of finger sticks. Thumb readers are well known to give false deferrals. I have Raynaud's syndrome which causes me to have limited blood flow in my fingers which has a direct impact on the readers.
