My experience with this agency was disappointing due to one staff member, Marcus. When I chose not to move forward with a particular service he was pushing, he became argumentative instead of respecting my decision. A caregiving agency should have staff who can handle a simple "no" professionally provoking an unnecessary conflict over a service choice is not the kind of conduct families should have to deal with when making care decisions for loved ones.
