My parents had a plumbing issue in Scarborough and we were recommended Shawn and impact plumbing. They came and tried to fix the blockage but realized it was not in the house but further away on the city plumbing line. They explained the options and gave amazing advise. We then got the team to put a new clean out valve and help secure the city folks to come clear the blockage. Shawn was very helpful in the way he explained the issue and provided solutions. Highly recommend the impact team for any plumbing issues - great job!

I used their service recently. Shawn and his colleague came to my house to service a clogged kitchen sink. Shawn quickly gave me a quote over the phone, came to house and explained everything he was going to do. He even assessed the pipes in the house and recommended what future repairs can be done. I will definitely be contacting them again.
I called Shawn to fix a problem in my shower. He told me he will do the job. 13 days after, he never communicate to me and did not answer my messages and calls. Unprofessional and rude. Stay away from him. He lost a customer and several potential ones.
Speedy service! Had a serious water pipe leak arrived with in 1 hour to repair.
