Asked for a clog fix which they came in and fixed but also broke the jet spray in the process. Asked them about it and their comment was to replace it. The jet spray was working fine before they came and was magically broken after he was done with his work. Had to call another plumber to get it fixed.

Impact's team, Shawn (owner), Matt, David, Felipe and Deroy completed outstanding plumbing work at our home. They dug a deep trench outside to replace old clay pipe clogged with roots as well as a small section under the basement floor. They were professional, completed quality work safely, all within expected timeframe and at a reasonable cost. We highly recommend Impact!

My parents had a plumbing issue in Scarborough and we were recommended Shawn and impact plumbing. They came and tried to fix the blockage but realized it was not in the house but further away on the city plumbing line. They explained the options and gave amazing advise. We then got the team to put a new clean out valve and help secure the city folks to come clear the blockage. Shawn was very helpful in the way he explained the issue and provided solutions. Highly recommend the impact team for any plumbing issues - great job!
