My experience with Impact Workforce Solutions was amazing. I recently found an exciting opportunity with Progress Rail. Christine at Impact handled my recruitment and was such an amazing person. She was friendly and relatable. Her communication skills are amazing. She kept me informed through the entire process and made sure that I knew they would be there to answer any questions throughout the hiring process. Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Impact.

I did 2 interviews with this hiring company and was told I had a job at Progress Rail. Unfortunately I didn't pass the back ground check. Due to having a past criminal record. That was back May. There system is still saying that I'm employed. Which Im not. This has caused my husband to lose his insurance and he's on medications for his hearts and blood thinner for inoperable blood clots in his lungs and he CAN NOT GO WITHOUT. and now that's exactly what he's doing now. First, their agency representative at JCP completely lied to me, repeatedly. I went in and woke up at 4am to be sent immediately home, because of a SPECIFIC lie on the part of one of their agents. I should be already paid and I'm obviously laid off, but they've used commentary and lies to keep from paying me on time according to my state's laws. Furthermore, the corporation claimed my statements were "heresay" when I informed them of the situation. I intend to sue.

Terrible workforce!!!! Place showed favoritism over the senor employees over new employees. Countless times tried speaking out to get help and nothing was done. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
