This is my 3rd week in the Impact Kick boxing fitness and it's been amazing!!! My body was sore in the first week work out but I always said to my self (no pain no gain) If you want to work with your core and your whole body this is the right place. I never thought kickboxing is an awesome thing to workout. It is really amazed me that this people are going to welcome you with a great smile and they're all friendly. Instructors are great (Ellis and Erik) they will teach you till u get the techniques. I love coming here everyday.... It's a great place to do kickboxing!!! :)
