Impact Kickboxing Fitness is a great place for all levels. I enjoy the classes, as I've been going regularly the last year, in particular, the 1.5 hour class with Erik (KickBoxFit 90) and the 1.0 hour class with Mark (BoxFit and Bootcamp with TRX), as it's non-stop for the entire class duration. These workouts keeps your heart-rate high, maximizing the workout and benefits (fat burning zone 60-80%) as I'm starting to see results! Thank you to the entire Impact Kickboxing Fitness Staff !!
