Been here at Extended stay america at 11175 katy frwy upgrading system, Been going on since October 2025, here almost every day!!!!, they can't figure it out problems, incompetent staff almost a nuisance every day ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!! hire knowledgeable people worst company!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
One of your drivers just tried to run me off the road on 59 near humble:beltway. I see this is a common occurrence with this company. You better get it taken care of and offer some training before you guys are hit with a lawsuits
