I can never get anyone on the phone.
I had a very poor experience before ever having an appointment. I scheduled my initial intake session and paid the $50 fee, however, I ended up canceling more than 24 hours before my appointment. I called for a refund of my $50 and was told that the $50 fee is non-refundable no matter what. I feel that if someone cancels more than 24 hours in advance of their appointment, the fee should be refundable.
