I arrived 10 minutes early for a scheduled 1-hour appointment. Mauricio kept me waiting 35 minutes past my scheduled start time. The entire time, he was trimming this one client’s beard and stopping every couple of minutes to chat with him. When I checked in a second time, he told me he could “get my cut done in 30 minutes” but I’d booked a full hour. So his plan was to rush my haircut to make up for the time he’d lost socializing. He didn’t even apologize. I asked for a refund, walked out and I won’t be returning.
