Very frustrating experience. The process took much longer than expected, with constant delays and little clarity around timelines. Communication was inconsistent, and it was difficult to get updates on my documents. In the end, I felt the situation was not handled efficiently. Complete scam. Stay as far away from this place as possible. I paid them to help with my paperwork, but they have done nothing but create delays. It’s clear they intentionally stall the process just to keep you on the hook. They make big promises but never deliver on time, and their communication is non-existent once they have your money. I am extremely disappointed with this service. They are incredibly misleading and unprofessional. It feels like their goal isn't to help people, but to actively prevent them from getting their paperwork done quickly. They overcomplicate the simplest steps just to keep you on the hook.
