Complete fraud. Told the warranty company that a new water heater needed to be installed. They intentionally didn’t install a pilot light so that they could be called for another service call

No customer service at all. The lady on the phone was very disrespectful and above all she gave me an ultimatum; “You better be at your house when we call”; there are many ways to let the customer know that they have to be at the house when they dispatch the technician, but not like this. Horrible!!!

Very poor customer service and NO INTEGRITY!!!! I called to complain initially to Immediate Response because they were a no call/no show for the initial appointment 3/4/19 between 8a.m.-12p.m.. Instead of owning up to their mistake of not logging in my appointment into their system by accident that they set up with me (I cancelled a doctors appointment for this BTW), instead she said she was waiting for me to call them back to confirm... Beware!!! They have a starting flat rate of $925, regardless of what you have done or how long it takes!! They just charged me $925 to replace 2 feet of standard 2 inch PVC piping. Had i realized that was all they were doing, i would never authorized it, but the sight of water gushing out of a mold filled hole in my wall had me flustered. I just moved into my home in March and recently started having issue with water leaking from the pipes that are located in the laundry room of the house. I called American Home Shield and they said someone from Immediate Response Plumbing. THEY AREN’T immediate. So the plumber came out and told me there was mold in the wall from the leakage and that the mata block needed to be replaced which they would have to order. They are partnered with American home Shield for pipe leaks. Now come to find out AHS does not cover pipe leaks outside the foundation so if it is the main line from the main water valve, you pay 100% out of pocket. now these guys were able to complete the job on Saturday, although i called it in on Friday at 5 and they claim to be 24 hours. however, they will charge you an arm and a leg. but they will capitalize on your misfortune leaving you rushed to make a decision. If time permits seek second opinions.

Immediate Response was contracted by American Home Shield to come out and repair a wall leak at our residence. They dispatched a journeyman plumber that commenced cutting through sheet rock on the outer walls (living room) of our half-bath. Which was done because there was a wood panel inside the half bath. Only then did they inform us that to get to the leak we would have to pay them an addition $100 plus to have them cut through the wood.
