Had the misfortune of working with them via ******** **** ******. Not only did it take forever to get an appointment both times that we did, but when they finally replaced the broken kitchen faucet, with a lesser model, needlessly removing the hose that was attached, they didn't tighten the mounts to the sink that they had loosened for the installation properly. Owner was very rude and laughed at me when I questioned a $285 charge for less than one hour of work digging a small hole to access a valve .
I have used them over 5 times over 15 years and they have always done a good job from sewer line replacement to running new water lines in home. The techs are nice and clean up as they work.
Immediate Response Plumbing came out to fix my shower that was leaking. They are a provider through ******** **** ****** home warranty. The plumber stated that he would have to cut my drywall, install a new housing and arrestors, and new shower faucet. They quoted me $250 out of pocket to get the job done. The scheduler said that it would take a week to get the parts in (Even though all of the parts are readily available at any hardware store. Sir, your home warranty company provided coverage th access the sheetrock but does not cover access if any other structures block access to valves. The technician does not know what extra expenses will be incurred until the wall is opened. The pricing not covered by your home warranty was $250 for shock arrestors and $195 for removal of the 2x4 stud. Immediate response plumbing was who ******** **** ******sent out to fix my leaky showerhead.They missed diagnosed my problem stating that I would need a new shower valve and then said since my 6 inch center valve was not made any more they would have to replace it with the 8 inch valve and completely restructure my plumbing at a cost of $600, which ******** **** ******would not cover. First I would like to point out that Ms.H**** paid us nothing. She indicated to the technician that she was tired of replacing seats, washers and stems so we got authorization to install a new tub valve. We regret that she is unhappy. Older homes have older plumbing she indicated that she wanted to minimize repairs. There was no misdiagnosis.
The technician came out for my water heater installation and was very kind and explained everything in detail on what was covered and what was not covered by my warranty company. My water heater was installed and it was done fast.
Do not return calls to customer for service being done, Get upset when they have to explain the work they are doing and why that work has to be done that way !!!! ****Poor customer service skills !!!

All phone calls from customer were returned. ******** **** ******did not cover parts of the water heater replacement and customer was upset. Customer became so combative each time he would call our office the girls were scared to speak with him.
I needed the inner working of three toilets replaced as each one was experiencing different issues. I use *** for all of my appliance, plumbing and heat pump needs. I had never used IRP before but selected them based on reviews on *** website. Joe and Gus arrived promptly, were extremely efficient, professional and personable. They communicated all issues and the steps they were taking to remediate the issues. I have seen the reviews left by previous customers and can honestly say my experience was exemplary
