The two women at the front desk were very unprofessional. Laughing at a customer and then talking about them in another language is completely unacceptable.

Very thorough! This is the first time I have had a dentist/hygienist check my head/neck/throat for irregularities. Having a friend who was diagnosed with cancer this way, I realize how important this is. The hygienist was very thorough, took her time, and was conscious of my sensitive areas. My only concern is that they were so thorough that I was told I have problems I was never aware of and I am now scared of what really needs to addressed, and what can wait.
