Mixup w/appoinment I was booked for an appt to get two fillings filled. When I got there, I was told I only had one filling that needed work. On my way out, the receptionist booked an appt for my 2nd filling! Seems like the staff did not know what the recptionist did. Also, I did not get a packet of 'goodies' (toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, coupons, etc.) after my cleaning appt. Did you stop this practice? I hope not!!!
