I scheduled a Saturday deep cleaning session for 11 am. Instead work started around 11:45 am. My time is valuable, especially a Saturday. The technician wasn't aware that I scheduled a deep cleaning session, so i was a tad bit disappointed. On the other hand, the technician was very kind and empathetic with my scenario. Awesome visit!!! I absolutely love coming here. The staff is all super friendly and helpful and very supportive of my anxiety being there. You guys are doing an excellent job!!!
Excellent hygenist Went for an initial consultation and the hygenist was great, very thorough and nice enough to ease us, we are generally dentist scardy cats. The office was nice, comfortable, clean. The only area where improvements could be suggested is with the desk staff. First visits should be welcoming, give a little tour, offer a drink... they barely acknowledged our presence.
Cleaning Staff is professional and helpful. I had to wait a bit for my appointment, but not an excessive amount of time.

Great service once again! Had a contractor waiting to come to do some work at the house so informed Paulette (Hygienist) that I was in kind of a hurry. She was awesome, got me in , took x rays and had the Dr. check everything up front to expedite the process. She then was quick yet very precise and getting my teeth cleaned, all the while explaining a whole lot. Was an excellent experience as I learned a ton about not only the condition of my teeth but also ways to improve my daily up keep as well. Was an exceptional day, and... read more
