I thought I was going just for a cleaning but it turned into a 2hr visit. I didn't know I was going to get a new dentist, I liked the idea of having a female dentist. I was overwhelmed by the multiple xrays and all the issues that were discussed.

Awesome service! I went in for a chipped tooth and met with Dr. Kim, whom I've never seen before. He was courteous, quick and painless!!

A tad bit disappointed. I scheduled a Saturday deep cleaning session for 11 am. Instead work started around 11:45 am. My time is valuable, especially a Saturday. The technician wasn't aware that I scheduled a deep cleaning session, so i was a tad bit disappointed. On the other hand, the technician was very kind and empathetic with my scenario. Went for an initial consultation and the hygenist was great, very thorough and nice enough to ease us, we are generally dentist scardy cats. The office was nice, comfortable, clean. The only area where improvements could be suggested is with the desk staff. First visits should be welcoming, give a little tour, offer a drink... they barely acknowledged our presence.
I absolutely love coming here. The staff is all super friendly and helpful and very supportive of my anxiety being there. You guys are doing an excellent job!!!
