I'm not too impressed with my last visit. I have a kidney infection/uti but because nothing showed in the culture besides blood they won't give me an antibiotic. It's not uncommon for urine cultures to come back negative because the bacteria isn't one that shows on cultures. They told me to go to the ER... which seems a bit excessive for a UTI. Hopefully I don't end up with kidney damage or go septic by the time I get another doctor to give me an antibiotic because then I will be in the hospital for more than a short visit. ... read more
RecommendedVery pleasant experience with my son today. Dr. Steencken provided him with great care and we were in and out within a half hour! Reception staff and our nurse were both very kind!

I went there today and had a great experience. I do like the doctor I had today over the older doctor that isn’t friendly. I love that they take walk ins when my son needs to be seen because his doctor is always full

I had a very good experience! The staff was professional and friendly. Waiting time was minimal. I was diagnosed with the flu and given a prescription for tamiflu. Because it was Saturday my Doctor’s office is closed. If I had waited till Monday it would have been too late for the medication. My first experience with an Urgent Care was a good one.
Like the doctors and receptionist but had to go in Christmas Eve and the nurse that morning was so rude
They took an X-Ray n sent me on my way...Didn't do anything else. I went with severe knee pain......left the same way.
