So far I have recieved excellent care from here. Great customer service, very professional. The doctor that I see makes me feel like he truly cares, and takes the time to listen to any problems or concerns I have, and doesnt try and rush me out of the room, like some drs ive seen before. All of this goes a long way in my book!
Dr De Cillas is not personable. he did not greet the patient, nor listen to the patient, nor make eye contact with the patient. The ER doc said he misdiagnosed her. He spoke softly knowing she has a hearing problem. The office staff complained about being overworked and bing confused. They close the office at 12-1 and do not have a place outside for the elderly can wait out of the heat or cold till they decide they are back from lunch. We will look for a new doc.
