My PC doctor could not work me in, so I showed up on a Saturday morning. Got in quickly and found the staff so attentive and knowledgeble about my skin condition. Very happy.
Wow talk about service!!! I needed to get into my doctor today they couldn't make that happen so I rolled dice and walked to immediate care of Oklahoma, and they were superb! Just as quick as I needed and as kind as my very own clinic. I was thirsty they supplied me with a nice refreshing chilled water and when I left I had papers in hand with a diagnosis and how they treated it, so efficient!!!
In town from Central Florida; kid became injured and NO local family could recommend a walk-in clinic they liked. I called ortho doc (family sees) and that Doc highly recommend THIS place. I'm grateful! From online check in to front desk to triage to doc and check out the process and the care was fantastic! Oh, and Dr Nelson is hilarious. On vaca we hope to never need the services again, but if we do this is where we would come.... and we will surely recommend. Great care. Easy access and no long waits. Doctors attentive and good listeners. I have difficulty getting into my PCP, but I can always get into Immediate Care.
Doctor, nurse, and check in were EXCELLENT. it's nice to be treated so kindly when you feel terrible.

I have always preferred Immediate Care over other places. Great doctors and all the staff are wonderful.
I was somewhat surprised at how organized the clinic was. Check in was efficient and calm. I found all the staff friendly and caring. It took about 10 minutes before they took me to an exam room and about 5 minutes later the doctor came in and checked my eye, explained what I needed to do and and wrote a prescription for eye medicine and I was on my way. I did not feel rushed, if I had a question about anything they took the time to answer. I would recommend you all to any of my friends.
Doctor spent lots of time with me getting a feel for my symptoms and medical history. He didn't jump to prescribing anything because he didn't feel it was appropriate at this time. I appreciate this because I sometimes think doctors just write scripts to get patients out the door. I felt he truly cared about my well-being, and he gave me really good information. I think this will be my preferred urgent care center from now on.
