Went there at 11:30 AM today with my sick child who had 101 degree fever. There was 1 person in front of us waiting to be seen. After 90 minutes of waiting no one had been called back (not even to triage) and not one person came out either. The wait monitor said our wait was 15-30 minutes for entire 90 minutes. I finally had enough and told them to refund my money and took my poor child somewhere else. There is absolutely nothing “immediate” about this place. They should be ashamed of themselves.
the staff was very friendly and nice and the doctor was nice
We have been to this Urgent Care Clinic several times. Sutures, swabs, fevers, you name it! Every single time we are met with friendly staff and above standard of care! Tonight, specifically we were in and out in 30 mins, and I can't help but recognize all staff from registration, to the MA, to the PA who all were kind! Thank you for a great expierence!
