Went for back pain and was told it was an UTI but still had problems and had to go back when I was told it was muscle spasms. Was charged almost $50 more for second follow up visit. Don't understand why a follow up visit was more expensive and why the muscle spasms didn't get caught the first time. Just want both visits to be the same price especially since I had to go back. RecommendedGreenville friends! I had a great experience here today and wanted to recommend them. At a work conference in Las Vegas, I slammed my finger in the heavy hotel room door (Meghan 😱) Thursday morning. I was still experiencing a lot of pain this morning. The NP drilled a small hole and drained it relieving the pressure. Fantastic service and people at Immediate Care Center-Pelham!
Were there for a long time. But was able to tell others were more urgent care then us. So we just didn’t let it bother us

This place is phenomenal. Dr. Davis is fantastic. He remembers us every time we go in there and we have never waited more than 10 minutes. I prefer coming here for quick visits and saving the pediatric office for annuals. The facility is clean and the staff are inviting.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience yesterday. I was in so much pain from a back injury. They got me in quickly even though I was a new patient. I only waited about 10 minutes for my nurse practioner. I was there a total of 2.5 hours from walk in to walk out. That included a thorough exam and X rays. Everyone is so friendly. Answering service were rude but they aren’t affiliated with the front desk staff.
You get charged $240 as soon as you walk in the door. This is BEFORE any charges for the treatment that you receive.
