RecommendedWe’re usually pretty happy with the service here but I’m shocked today because the check in person (front desk and in treatment rooms) is wearing her mask under her nose! This is a medical facility for Pete’s sake! 🤦🏻♀️ And they’re not asking the typical Covid questions even though they are allowing family members to wait in the waiting room
These folks were great! Very professional and knowledgeable. We were in and out in 1 hour 15 minutes and that included an x-ray with results. SO much better than going to the ER at the hospital!

I was in a lot of pain when I arrived. They had me in and out in a half hr. Very nice and clean facility.
I just have to say that not only do I LOVE my Doctor here, Robert McDonald, But I also love the staff. Whenever i have to have blood work done its a stressful process, because I'm a very hard stick. For the last 2 years I've been able to request Clorissa W. and she always gets the job done! Shes so sweet and professional. I will only let her stick me, shes the BEST at what she does! Thanks to the team at Immidiate Care - Pelham!

No wait. my daughter was taken very quickly. The staff showed that they were interested her previous illness. They showed concern. xrays were taken to rule out a possible problem. Meds were given to try to ease her pain. Great staff.
I made an appointment on line and walked right in. The staff is efficient and friendly. I will definitely be back for any health issues.
