I had a very good dental visit the staff were great and very compassionate and they showed that they care, Breonna were very helpful and made me felt relaxed, kudos to her
They cleaned my teeth and told me I needed a crown. I have never had a crown. When I called for my appointment, I asked what to expect. They said, "It is no big deal. You come in, we make impressions, and about 2 weeks later you come back for the crown." I had a 2:20 PM appointment for my impressions. I sat in the waiting room until 3:07 PM. I finally got into the chair. They told me, "We are a paperless office. All records are on the computer. Our computer is down." I waited another 20 minutes. They finally got the computer... read more
The dentists and their assistants were very nice they helped me out of a horribly painful situation by pull in the tooth that was giving me pain then they talked me into partial dentures (I been eating just fine without em for 7 years by the way) and I don't know if they are just eating up my insurance or what but they took 5 visits and 2 1/2 months to complete the dang things! Now whole I was in there today I laid in the chair and and watched at least 2 commercials for dentures in 2 days...so whhhhhyyy do mine take a lifeti... read more
The Indy office on west 86th the people are very friendly their they were amazing when I went in on pain and had to have a tooth removed then we started my process for partials, I'm on my 5th visit and still NO partial.. I'm sitting in the dentist chair and see yet another commercial for 2 day dentures while these people have taken over 2 months of my time for something everyone else can do in a week or less..I don't know if its because they are eating up my insurance money each time or what but I am ready to say screw them ... read more
